Our NAFC Instructors have developed Native youth exercise programs that empower all children and develop successful athletes.

NAFC instructors teach youth programs that develop fitness, athletic ability, and more. These workshops build character, self-confidence, and leadership skills!

Our instructors currently offer three types of programs — Sport Performance Clinics, Youth Fitness Workshops, and Junior Fitness Leader Trainings. All three are designed to help Native youth achieve their potential. These programs are generally 1 or 2 days long and include strong motivational components.
