Kickboxing. Integrate martial arts and boxing techniques into your trainings. This course covers techniques and safety. Best of all, we work with music and choreography to help your students achieve a whole-body workout. Indoor Cycling. The stationary bike is ideal for those seeking a safe way to achieve a cardiovascular workout, with no impact or weight bearing. We not only demonstrate different cycling techniques for the group fitness setting, but we also cover the bike’s setup and features. Hip Hop. Why not make group workouts fun and challenging? Our hip-hop workshop teaches you how to use — and teach — proper dance techniques. You’ll learn how to create a whole-body workout with music and choreography.
